Q: How many changes can I make to my website?
A: The Startup Website Package includes up to 4 small changes per year.

Q: How long does it take for the response to arrive at my e-mail account.
A: It is almost instant, as soon as the visitor completes their details on your contact form and clicks the send button the e-mail response is sent to your e-mail account in seconds. Its that easy!

Q: I already own a domain name, can I use it with an Easy Website Package?
A: Yes, in almost all cases we can use your domain name with an Easy Website Package, please contact us for more details.


Q: Can I change my website and publish webpages myself?
A: The standard Startup Website Package is not directly editable by you. This is because most of our customers have a limited knowledge of website development and it is much easier to e-mail us with any changes that you would like made to your website, we try to make all changes within one working day.


Q: Do I own the domain name that I use for my Startup Website Package?
A: The choice is yours, we find that some of our customers prefer us to take care of everything, we register the domain name in our name, we provide the webspace, hosting and everything you need in one simple low cost package. You can register the domain name in your own name with a company offering domain name registration.

3. Make a payment for £75 if you want a UK domain (.co.uk / .org.uk / .me.uk), or £95 if you want a top level domain name (.com / .net / .org / .biz/ .info).

You can make a payment by credit or debit card through Nochex (email for details directdesigninfo@aol.com ) or you can send a cheque made payable to Direct Design to the following address:

Please include the following details with your cheque - Name, address, land line telephone number, e-mail address that you want the response from your website sent to. An annual standing order must also be completed for the £50 yearly maintenance charge. Remember you can change the details on the site up to 4 times a year.

We'll then acknowledge receipt of your order, let you know which domain names are available, then get cracking on your very own website
